Now for the second question...

You answered YES! The Bible tells us that we can know for sure that we're going to heaven! Take a look:

These things I have written to you that you may KNOW that you have eternal life. 1 John 5:13

Now here's the second and final question. It's a bit harder than the first. Just try to answer it as honestly as you possibly can.

Suppose you were to die tonight and stand before God... what would you say if He asked you "Why should I let you into my heaven?"

I'm without fault. I deserve to go to heaven.
I've been nearly perfect. God will overlook the few mistakes in my life.
I've always been very good. I tried to follow the 10 commandments.
I haven't really been that bad. I never hurt anyone and God will overlook the things I've done wrong because he's a loving God.
I cannot enter heaven on my own merit.
